Black White & Mint

Oops, forgot to post these over the weekend, sorry for the sporadic posting recently! This is a simple design that I've been meaning to try out for absolutely ages. It's directly inspired (ok, I totally stole it) by Alice at One Nail To Rule Them All. I thought about doing it for one of our mani swaps but there were so many to choose from it never made the top spot. I'm glad I got round to it as it was so quick and simple and I'm in love with the final look.

The base colour for this mani is Rimmel London - Peppermint which is one of my all time faves. When I'm picking a colour to go with a black and white design I always reach for this one, it's just perfect. Mints are a great way to wear pastels in winter as they've got a slightly cooler edge to them. I love this one all year round!

I used a couple of Barry M nail art pens for the design, starting with two black stripes down the middle of each nail. I then filled the middle in white and added black squares onto it. Super simple.
Thanks for the inspiration Alice - as always another stunner from your collection!

Love,
Jo x
