Profound Stripes And Roses

I spoke in my last post about having a little lack of inspiration at the mo. Whenever I can't think of new designs I revisit old favourites like this stripes and roses combo. I switch things up with different colours but the jist is the same. I love the vintage vibe of little roses and always end up liking the results of these sorts of manis.

I am in love with this polish from Topshop. It's called Profound (hence the title of this post!) and is a gorgeous dusky pink/mauve. It seemed perfect for the old vibe I was going for with this look. Although Topshop polishes are a tad more expensive than my beloved Barry Ms and Rimmels I love their colour range as I can nearly always find a shade I haven't seen somewhere else.

I used OPI's Be There In A Prosecco* for the nude shade. It's a colour that I can't get enough of at the moment. See full swatch here. I think together the shades go perfectly for a shabby chic feel.

What designs do you revisit when you're stumped for ideas?
