Another of our Coty Nail Bar spoils for you today. Brand new from Sally Hansen is this perfect mint green - Moheato*! One of two new summer shades this is a 7-in-1 polish which includes a number of features: base coat, strengthener, growth treatment, colour, top coat, chip resistant and a gel shine finish!
I meant to take a swatch photo of this polish before I added the nail art but forgot, oops! Luckily I didn't go too nuts on the pattern so you can still see the polish colour. It's a stunning shade, more towards the yellow green end of the spectrum than blue making it soft and warm. I've got another Sally Hansen mint polish which has a very runny formula requiring three coats, this one was much better and is an easy two coater.
I'm really enjoying practicing line work at the moment, so you've got another from me today. These lines are a little neater than my grids were previously but I think that's just luck! I'm not sure quite where I was going with this design, it's just a bit of a doodle really. I like how simple it is. The soft colour seems to go really well with the matte topcoat making this simple pattern a touch more interesting.
Overall I'm really pleased with this one, even though it was a bit of a fill in I threw together when I had a few minutes. It's funny how sometimes the ones you spend hours over are no better than the quick and simple designs!
I can't believe it's June already - this is officially my first summer mani! I count June as summer, even though it's raining and miserable outside, the UK weather clearly didn't get the memo. I spent last week in Spain so it's a bit of a shock to the system coming back to this. Urgh.
