Love In Paris

This week I got to paint a friend's nails for a wedding which was really fun. I don't often get to do nail art on other people these days as it's hard to find the time. When I was asked to create a mani for a wedding which was split between London and Paris I knew I'd have to set aside some time!
The brief was Eiffel Tower on one hand and a love heart on the other, and then I was allowed to fill in the gaps. It's nice to have free license to be creative but it's also hard to try and pick designs for someone else. I worry about choosing things I like and the 'client' going along with it to be polite! We agreed on florals and then I introduced the glitter nail and dots. Sinead wasn't sure about the dots but I convinced her that they would help bring it all together and when we were finished she was asking where to get Barry M nail art pens so she could do them at home herself!

The mint polish is Barry M - Sugar Apple*, the pale pink is Rosehip* and the bright pink is new Speedy Get Set Go*. The glitter is one you've all seen before, my fave, Pink Fizz from Models Own. The green leaves are Barry M - Spring Green and Rimmel - Round and Round the Garden and the Eiffel Tower is Binky London - Black Gel.

Wedding season is definitely upon us now, I'm looking forward to creating more wedding guest nails!
