Wah Mix and Match

Jo and I have mentioned before the impact that WAH nails had on us both. When Jo got her nails done there a few years ago it sparked something in us that led us to create Dahlia Nails so we will always have a soft spot for the place. From the initial impact of their designs we continue to be inspired by the way in which WAH has grown as a brand with their own books and polishes - it gives us something to aspire to.

This design is actually one that Jo had a couple of years ago. I can't remember if it was her practising or if she had got it done at WAH (I should probably just ask her!). We have a pic on our Instagram but, like with my chevrons, we didn't create a post around it.
I love the pretty but fresh elements of WAH designs and, if you have the books, the tutorials are great for helping you create the looks in no time. This design is a mix and match of some of their best known looks: basket case, bows, leopard, glitter fade, and polka dots.

Do you have any nail artists or salons who you continually go to for inspiration?

  1. Love this combo!! The bow is so cute and I love the colours you picked for the leopard print background and spots! What is that peachy polish called you used as a background? :)

    1. Thanks Robin! The peach polish is Peach Melba by Barry M. IT's one of our fave orange-y shades. E&J.xx
