Pyjama Nails

I was a bit naughty this month buying way too many polishes despite not needing any. However, I definitely DID need Rimmel's Too Cool To Tango as it is the most perfect blue that I ever did see.

I'm not sure why I chose to do stripes but I did. I gave these ones a little vajazzle to make them a bit more interesting. I have hundreds of these little gems as they come with some of the Primark nail pens. This is the first time I have used them and I was surprised at how much I liked them. They just added a little oomph.

These nails remind me a bit of pyjamas but I kind of like 'em! Here's a quick how to:
1. Paint a coat or two of your base colour - I used two coats of Rimmel's Too Cool To Tango
2. Once your base has dried paint or draw some thick white stripes - I used Barry M's white nail art pen
3. Top with your favourite top coat - I used Seche Vite
4. BEFORE the top coat dries use your tweezers to place your little gems

Give it a go and show us on Instagram and Twitter

  1. You're right, that blue really is gorgeous! And I love how these indeed remind me of pyjama's - I think the classic white and blue striped pyjama's are really awesome :)

    1. It's an amazing colour - highly recommended. It'll look great in summer. The gems are a really easy way to turn a normal mani into something a little bit vavavoom! E&J.xx
