Grey Geometric

You may notice that this isn't mine or Emma's familiar fingernails, today we have a guest star, my big sister! The brief was - something geometric with pastel and grey. I thought it was best to keep it simple as detailed geometrics can take a fair while and I didn't think she'd sit still that long. I love mint and grey so the colour scheme wasn't a difficult choice.

This design is really easy and quick to create. I started with a nude base using Rimmel's Rita Ora - Let's Get Nude*. On top of this I used Barry M's Mint Green to cover half the nail diagonally. To get a straight line I used a striper brush. Finally, I repeated this process with Barry M's Grey across the opposite side of the nail.

We were really pleased how well this design turned out. It's one I've seen around a lot but never actually tried, definitely going in the bank for when I need something cute in a rush!

What's quick and easy designs do you love?

Love,
